Altronix Access Power Controller Receives UL Listing
The ACM4 access power controllers from Altronix which provide a scalable cost-effective access control solution are now UL listed. The ACM4 series consists of four output access power controllers. Each product in the ACM4 series routes and distributes 12 to 24 volts AC or DC for operation and control of access hardware devices. Four independently controlled outputs may be individually selected for fail-safe or fail-secure operation.

Garrett.com Converter Switch Converts Anything to Anything
The new Magnum CSG14U Universal Converter Switch from Garrett.com can handle any Gigabit fiber type - multi-mode and single-mode - and fiber media distance with a selection of Gb SFP fiber transceivers, up to two of which can be plugged in. The CSG14U can also handle any 100Mb fiber media type and distance in the same way, with a selection of 100Mb SFP fiber transceivers that similarly plug in. For copper media attachment, there is a 10/100/1000 auto-negotiating RJ-45 port. Where Gb Ethernet is in use, the CSG14U converts all media combinations.
