Altronix Displays New Maximâ„¢ Rack Mount Access Power Controllers
Altronix is featuring the new Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers here at ISC West. The new rack mount units deliver the integrated functionality of the company’s industry proven Maxim Series wall mount units in a 2U chassis for standard 19” EIA racks.
“The Altronix Maxim Series is engineered to provide system designers and installers with maximum power choices to meet these increasing demands,” said Alan Forman, President, Altronix Corporation. “Our new Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers are the ideal solution for systems in rack configurations.”
Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers are designed with convenience and utility in mind. The units feature: selectable normally open or normally closed dry trigger inputs; individually selectable Fail-Safe and/or Fail-Secure fuse protected power outputs; and individual output status LEDs on the front panel for easy viewing. Fire Alarm Disconnect is individually selectable (latching or non-latching) for each output.
Additionally, the Maxim Series Rack Mount Access Power Controllers feature AC Fail, low battery and battery presence reporting. They come equipped with a built-in charger for sealed lead acid or gel-type batteries which would be housed externally.
